By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
general info
• I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your order before I've started it, you will receive a full refund.
• ToS and pricing are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
payment
• Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% after sketch approval and 50% before receiving the finished piece.
• I only accept USD via CashApp or Ko-fi (for now).
client obligations
• Please provide clear references, not just written descriptions. You can send as many Picrews, MS Paint doodles, moodboards and clothing inspiration as needed.
• Respond in a timely manner. Be respectful during the commission process. Carefully read through the ToS and before messaging me!!
process
• All artwork is transferred digitally ( A4 4092x2893px 350DPI, cropped as needed ).
• The client and I will go over sketches, making revisions as requested until they approve of a final sketch.
• I will show WIPs upon request throughout the commission process.
• Sketch and subsequent in-progress shots will initially be sent as low-res, watermarked images
• The time it takes to finish a commission varies between 1 week - 1 month.
• I will notify you if any delays in my personal life occur that would delay the process.
revisions
• One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase and are covered in the commission price.
• A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed during coloring/rendering stage and are covered in the commission price.
• Revisions due to my own negligence are free.
• Additional major revisions will incur additional fees.
• It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.
copyright & usage policy
• I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
• I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media. The client may request their commission remain anonymous, if posted at all.
• Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
• The final product is strictly for your personal use.
• You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:• Print the work for personal use.
• Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
• Use the artwork as reference for a study.
• Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:• Claim the artwork as yours.
• Remove my watermark/signature.
• Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.
• Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
• Reproduce the work commercially.
refund
• Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.
• You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.
• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
